Delivery

At Rebel at Heart, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please find our delivery options below:

Standard Delivery

  • UK Cost: £1.99
  • Rest of the World cost £4.99
  • UK Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local customs processes.

Free Delivery

  • We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £50.

Important Information

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or peak periods.

Order Cancellations & Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please email us as soon as possible.

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been placed. However, we will do our best to assist you.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery details and a link to track your order online.

Refund and returns

At Rebel at Heart, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) following the guidelines below.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • A £1.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (unless faulty)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund free of charge.
